Shipping

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $12.00. Once on its way, standard delivery typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days.

For those moments when timing matters, we offer expedited shipping options.

Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only)
Expedited options are available for orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time:
• Premium (3 to 4 business days) $25
• Expedited (2 to 3 business days) $35

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, please note that transit times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

Return Policy

We hope you love your selection. If something is not quite right, we accept unworn, non-final-sale items for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Returns are reviewed upon arrival; items that do not meet our standards may be sent back.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are issued to your original form of payment. While timing may vary, you can typically expect your refund to be credited within 5 to 10 business days.

To preserve the integrity of each piece, we kindly ask that all items be returned in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging, including dust bags. We recommend trying shoes on a soft, carpeted surface to maintain their pristine finish.

A $15 return processing fee will be deducted from approved refunds. In the event that you receive a damaged item, this fee will be waived. If you believe you have received a damaged item, we kindly ask that you provide a photo.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

Should you need a different size, color, or style, we are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Because many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities, availability for exchanges cannot be guaranteed until your return has been received.

If your requested item is no longer available, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Each Kelley Kouture piece is crafted with intention and care. In the rare event your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.

Gift Cards

Our digital gift cards are delivered via email and may be redeemed at your convenience. Please note that all gift cards are non-refundable and are issued as store credit for future purchases.
